Your Role We are looking for a Quantum Design Engineer to help create and refine superconducting qubit architectures with built-in error resilience. The role focuses on maximizing coherence and fidelity while embedding error mitigation directly into circuit layouts and topology. This role combines hands-on lab work, software development, and experimental quantum research to turn advanced concepts into real-world prototypes.About the RoleYou will help build and operate our first quantum test lab, develop and optimize wiring solutions for quantum systems, and work closely with experimental and engineering teams to advance scalable quantum hardware.
