DeepRec.ai is pleased to announce its partnership with Mistral as the company continues to expand one of Europe’s fastest-growing Applied AI teams.
Having grown to more than 1,000 employees, Mistral is investing significantly in Applied AI as organisations increasingly move from AI experimentation to enterprise deployment. Working with customers including Airbus, BMW, ASML and HSBC, the team is helping some of the world’s largest organisations implement production-ready AI systems at scale.
As part of this growth, DeepRec.ai has been appointed to support the hiring of Technical Leads, Applied AI.
These are hands-on leadership positions for experienced AI engineers who want to remain close to the technology while leading the delivery of complex AI solutions for enterprise customers. Successful candidates will lead teams of Applied AI Engineers while continuing to contribute to the architecture and development of mission-critical systems.
The roles span the full AI delivery lifecycle, including fine-tuning foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI systems and production LLM applications. Technical Leads will work from initial customer engagement through solution architecture, implementation and deployment, while collaborating closely with Mistral’s product and research teams to ensure customer insights continue to inform future product development.
DeepRec.ai is seeking candidates with more than seven years’ experience across AI and machine learning, strong hands-on technical expertise, and a proven track record of taking AI systems into production. Previous technical leadership experience and the ability to work closely with enterprise customers will be highly valued.
