On 2nd October, we joined our parent company, Trinnovo Group, at the ETH AI Center in Zurich at the AI+X Summit to deliver a talk on 'How to be a leader in AI Talent Attraction & Retention', joined by our guest speakers Michaela Ulicna and Adrian Ott,and Anthony Kelly, MD of DeepRec.ai.
Anthony delivered the session, which detailed the shape of the current AI talent landscape in Switzerland, and the importance of aligning vision, values and culture with talent strategy.
Hosted by the ETH AI Centre, in collaboration with the University of Zurich and ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the summit brought together leaders from academia and industry to explore how AI is transforming innovation, business, and research.
The conversation around AI talent attraction and retention came at a pivotal time for organisations competing for expertise in Switzerland’s rapidly expanding technology sector. With demand far outpacing supply, leaders are under increasing pressure to refine their talent strategies, building sustainable pipelines, defining clear employer narratives, and creating culture-led engagement frameworks that keep world-class engineers motivated and aligned with long-term goals.
Attended by our team, Ashley Lawrence, MBA, Viki Dowthwaite, Nathan Wills, Samuel Oliver and Paddy Hobson, the day was filled with fascinating insights into the current and future AI landscape. We were delighted to be part of the conversation.
