Theo is a Business Manager within DeepRec.ai’s US team, supporting organisations that are building, adopting or scaling AI capability.
Before joining DeepRec.ai, Theo spent four years specialising in the US enterprise technology market, leading recruitment teams, developing strategic client relationships and delivering contract and permanent hiring across complex transformation programmes.
At DeepRec.ai, he works with startups, scale-ups and enterprise organisations across specialist AI and ML recruitment, workforce advisory and AI Transformation consultancy. His focus is on helping clients understand the business problem first, then identifying the talent, capability or delivery model required to support it.
