I am focused on combining leadership, management, and technology. As a hands-on leader of departments and companies as well as an active board member, my task is to enable everyone, from engineer to C-suite, to listen to the data.

My technical passions: agentic AI, LLMs, voice assistants, data, and following where that data leads me.

Over ten years experience combining management, leadership (people, projects, programs), AI business strategies, data science, hands-on work in AI and software engineering, with a background in mathematics/physics, and a plethora of management and leadership certifications. I leverage these combined skills, certifications, and many years of experience to unleash maximum business value for organizations.

When I am not directly managing company-wide AI strategies, departments, multiple teams, projects, and programs, I code (mostly in Python), work on data science and analytics (Hugging Face, PyTorch, scikit, Pandas, SQL, etc.), working with MLOps and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps), and have a in-depth understanding of the mathematical theory behind AI.

Management and leadership certifications: ITIL expert (MALC), scrum (PSM I, PSM II, PSPO), PRINCE2 ( PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner), Agile methodologies, etc.
