As the business scales rapidly, they're looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to build the internal AI systems that enable the company to operate faster, smarter and with significantly more leverage.
This isn't a customer-facing product engineering role. Instead, you'll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and build AI-powered tools that eliminate manual work across the business.
What you'll be working on
- Designing and building internal AI applications that improve company-wide productivity
- Developing LLM-powered tools for knowledge management, recruiting, customer operations and business workflows
- Automating repetitive processes across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Implementation
- Integrating internal systems including Slack, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, documentation and workflow tools
- Building intelligent reporting, search and decision-support systems
- Partnering directly with internal stakeholders to understand problems and rapidly ship solutions
- Using modern AI tooling, agents and automation frameworks to create leverage across the organisation
We're looking for someone with
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend and/or full-stack development experience
- Experience building internal platforms, automation tooling or AI-enabled applications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation or API integrations
- Strong product mindset with the ability to understand business problems and translate them into software
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication skills and high ownership
Nice to have
- Experience building AI tooling for internal business operations
- Familiarity with Slack, CRMs, Linear, Notion, Confluence or similar internal platforms
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
- Exposure to RevOps, Customer Success systems, recruiting technology or business operations
- A track record of turning manual processes into scalable software
