The Opportunity You will lead strategic enterprise engagements with major German organizations, partnering with executive stakeholders to identify transformational AI opportunities and shape long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle from discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion
  • Build and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Drive strategic revenue growth while developing long-term customer partnerships
  • Manage multi-stakeholder engagements across business and technical teams
Strategic GTM & Market Expansion
  • Develop regional go-to-market strategies across priority verticals
  • Identify opportunities within AI, infrastructure, and advanced enterprise technology initiatives
  • Represent the organization at senior executive and technical levels
  • Expand presence within key German enterprise accounts
Consultative Solution Selling
  • Lead value-led conversations focused on business transformation outcomes
  • Partner with executives to uncover both explicit and latent AI opportunities
  • Co-create enterprise AI roadmaps and tailored solution strategies
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, research, product, and solutions teams
  • Lead commercial coordination across complex deal cycles
  • Provide market insight and customer feedback to support product direction
Required Experience
  • 10 years’ experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or consultative technology sales
  • Proven success closing complex enterprise deals in the €500K–€5M range
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of German enterprise buying environments and stakeholder dynamics
  • Native German and fluent English required
Preferred Background
  • Experience selling AI, infrastructure, cloud, or highly customized technology solutions
  • Existing relationships across enterprise sectors including finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrials
  • Consulting, systems integration, or complex solution-sales background
  • Experience helping scale new markets or high-growth technology businesses
