We’re building something truly exciting precision hardware that sits at the edge of physics and engineering. To make it real, we’re hiring two key people to join our early hardware team in Munich:
- CAD/PDM System Engineer (with room to grow into Team Lead)
- Mechatronics Engineer (Automation & Precision Systems)
This isn’t a place for narrow roles or endless meetings. You’ll help shape the foundations of our hardware stack from day one pushing the limits of precision engineering and nanoscale control, designing systems for sub-micron accuracy, and setting up the processes that will define how our technology scales.
What you’ll do
- Build and own the CAD/PDM landscape for our mechanical and system design workflows.
- Design and optimize mechatronic and motion systems for cleanroom-grade precision.
- Work across hardware, software, and external partners to bring our first MVP system to life.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in mechatronics, mechanical design, or precision systems (semiconductor or motion systems experience is a huge plus).
- Understanding of cleanroom system design particles, exhausts, and what true sub-micron precision means.
- A systems thinker: practical, curious, and allergic to over-engineering.
- Someone ready to trade corporate comfort for the speed, ownership, and purpose of an early-stage team.
