This role sits at the intersection of advanced technology and customer success. You'll work directly with researchers and engineers, helping them deploy, integrate and optimise complex hardware and software solutions that power next-generation quantum computing experiments.
What You'll Do
- Support customers throughout onboarding, installation and system integration.
- Deliver technical training, both remotely and onsite.
- Provide expert support to help customers overcome technical challenges and accelerate their research.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers across academia and industry.
- Gather customer feedback and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and leadership teams to influence future product development.
- PhD in Experimental Physics, or a Master's degree with relevant industry experience.
- Background in microwave, RF or experimental physics environments.
- Experience working with embedded systems through research, projects or industry.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A natural problem solver who enjoys working closely with technical users.
- Previous experience in customer-facing, applications engineering, field engineering or customer success roles is advantageous.
- Fluency in professional English.
