The Opportunity
Our client is scaling their trading infrastructure across global crypto markets — and they’re looking for a C++ Software Engineer with a passion for performance. You’ll help design, build, and optimise high-load systems that power real-time connectivity to exchanges, drive trading strategies, and enable market execution at speed.
If you’ve worked in environments where every microsecond counts and stability is mission-critical, this is a chance to push your engineering skills in a fast-moving domain.

What You’ll Work On
• Develop and maintain exchange and data connectivity across global crypto venues
• Build new features into core trading systems and execution engines
• Tune system performance, troubleshoot market data issues, and optimise latency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quant, dev, and infra teams
• Contribute to debugging, monitoring, and stability efforts across the stack

What You’ll Need
• 3+ years of hands-on C++ development experience
• Background in high-load, high-performance applications
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and multithreading
• Bonus: knowledge of financial markets, crypto, HFT or distributed systems

Nice to Have
• Python or Kafka experience
• Familiarity with REST, WebSockets, FIX protocols
• Exposure to AWS, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus
