What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a frontend engineer who combines solid foundations with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user experiences in an environment where speed and scale matter.
- Solid Engineering Foundations
Strong coding skills with the ability to build, refactor, and optimize complex systems. You’ll independently ship user-facing features while working closely with design and product. - Exceptional Learning Ability
Frontend frameworks, developer tools, and AI integrations are evolving quickly. We’re looking for someone who thrives on picking up new technologies and finding clarity in ambiguity. - Technical Focus Areas
- Next.js strongly preferred.
- Swift/iOS and React Native experience are nice-to-haves.
- Ability to design and scale frontend systems that serve large user bases.
- Bonus points for projects with significant adoption (apps launched, open-source traction) or a background in gaming/entertainment applications.
- 1–3 years of experience post-graduation.
- University of Waterloo background would be highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving pedigree - e.g., hackathon wins, Olympiads, competitive programming, or independently launched products.
