You will play a key role in developing and integrating enterprise-level AI systems, contributing to the next generation of intelligent tools used by their clients.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy GenAI applications using OpenAI APIs and LLM frameworks
- Develop and optimise RAG pipelines for production use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing SaaS products
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, primarily in Python
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions around AI deployment and automation
- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Proven background in software development within SaaS or enterprise environments
- Strong practical experience using OpenAI APIs in commercial or large-scale settings
- Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model deployment
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and data retrieval optimisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and within collaborative teams
- French for collaboration with teams in Lausanne
- German for client interactions in Zurich
- Fully remote flexibility with the option to work near Zurich or Lausanne
