As their Director of Product, you'll shape and lead the roadmap for a next-generation platform at the heart of AI-powered consumer engagement. You'll work cross-functionally to turn ambiguous problems into clear, high-impact product strategies, while collaborating with enterprise partners, internal teams, and company leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap, balancing vision with rapid execution and measurable success metrics
- Design and launch innovative new features that harness AI to deliver value across marketing, customer experience, and brand engagement
- Work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring new concepts to life
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions
- Continuously evaluate market trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and positioning
- Communicate product direction with clarity and influence at all levels, from team leads to C-suite
What You Need
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with 4+ years in marketing tech, advertising tech, or customer engagement platforms
- Bachelors or Masters degree within relevant technical/scientific fields
- Proven track record leading AI-focused product initiatives and go-to-market launches
- Highly analytical mindset paired with a passion for elegant, user-centric design
- Strong communication skills, able to align diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where innovation and agility are key
