We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join a fast-moving team in London that’s transforming how property management operates. This isn’t a maintenance role it’s about taking ownership of cutting-edge AI systems from research to production.
🎯 Your first 3–6 months
You’ll be driving product–market fit for an AI-driven compliance automation product. Expect hands-on model experimentation, fine-tuning, and deployment, working alongside talented Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams already in place.
🔥 What comes next
From Q1 to Q3, your scope will expand to build and productionise AI features across maintenance and lettings. By month 12, success means:
• High adoption of the compliance product with measurable accuracy gains
• Core models live in production with real performance impact
• You taking the lead on AI direction, moving toward a leadership position within 12–18 months
💡 What you’ll bring
• 2–3+ years of hands-on ML/AI experience (LLMs or NLP preferred)
• Proven ability to take models from research to production
• Solid Python and ML frameworks background
• Top-tier academic record
