Product Lead, AI Agents and Platform

We are hiring a Product Lead for a Berlin based AI studio building AI agents for German SMEs and larger organisations.
The company helps clients identify, build, and deploy agentic workflows that remove operational bottlenecks and create measurable business impact. The product is already used by paying customers. The next step is turning successful client solutions into a scalable standalone platform.
This role sits between product, consulting, and delivery.
You will spend around 60 percent of your time working directly with clients. You will lead discovery workshops, manage several B2B projects in parallel, run regular client check ins, translate business goals into clear requirements, and work with engineers to make sure the agents being built solve real operational problems.
The other 40 percent is focused on the company’s own platform. You will identify repeated customer needs, shape the backlog, create feature demos, review the market, and decide which one off solutions should become product features.
This is a hands on product role. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should understand technical feasibility and be comfortable learning modern AI tools quickly. Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, JSON, logs, or workflow automation would be highly relevant.
Must haves:
3 to 5 years in product management, technical consulting, implementation consulting, or B2B SaaS
Strong German communication
Experience leading B2B client projects
Ability to prioritise business value
Interest in AI agents, automation, and fast prototyping
Comfort working closely with engineers and founders
