​Job Title: Vice President of Engineering

Salary: up to $350,000

Position Overview:

• Lead our efforts in developing ground-breaking technology in Web3.

• As the VP of Engineering, you will play a critical role in overseeing the technical strategy, execution, and growth of the engineering team.

• You will work closely with our executive team, product managers, and researchers to ensure the successful implementation of our vision, driving innovation and excellence in our engineering processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a talented team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap and strategy for the Secure Processing Layer of Web3, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software and infrastructure that enables fast, secure, and private decentralized computation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, research, and security, to define requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure successful execution.

• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, quality standards, and coding guidelines to ensure efficient and reliable development processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a senior engineering leader, with at least 10 years of software engineering experience and 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with decentralized technologies, Web3 protocols, and blockchain ecosystems.

• Experience working with an L1 or L2 blockchain company.

• Strong understanding of secure processing, cryptography, and privacy-enhancing technologies.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
