Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech, is actively seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic team. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in developing groundbreaking solutions for their innovative new product. This role involves utilizing cutting-edge ML/NLP/LLM techniques to build, assess, and launch transformative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and expansion of the semantic search stack, encompassing search ranking models, query parsing/understanding, and natural language question answering.

• Spearhead the design, experimentation, and continuous enhancement of ML/NLP solutions to bridge gaps in the search stack.

• Create clean and robust code with a focus on readability, maintainability, and testability..

• Develop applications on production environments using LLMs.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with data.

• Extensive expertise in recommendation systems, knowledge graphs, large-scale production search/ranking systems, or related domains.

• Proficient coding skills (e.g., Go, Python, Java, C++).
